The work schedule is structured around a rotating three-week plan with an expected 45-hour workweek, specifically from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm. Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager, the Shift Supervisor plays an essential leadership role within the store's management hierarchy.

In this role, the Shift Supervisor is entrusted with several critical responsibilities, including teaching and coaching crew members to foster a high-performing team, overseeing shift operations across food service, grocery market, and fountain sales, and ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures. The supervisor also actively monitors inventory levels, equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and cleanliness standards. The ability to build trust, communicate effectively with leadership, and maintain a disciplined approach to follow-up and achievement of operational goals are key competencies for success in this position.
