We are currently seeking a passionate and energetic Shift Supervisor who can unleash their inner guest experience hero. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading a team while being at the heart of the action, crafting amazing cocktails, serving delectable dishes, and maintaining a pristine and inviting environment. The Shift Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth service throughout the shift, mentoring bartenders and servers, addressing guest concerns promptly, and upholding our high standards for quality and safety. This position also involves managing opening and closing tasks, providing a positive energy force on the floor, and greeting guests with warmth and enthusiasm to make them feel like VIPs.
