Job Requirements
- Two or more years of barista supervisory experience
- Ability to work full time Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Valid background screening if required by location
- Must comply with a drug-free workplace policy

- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prepare and analyze production and sales data
- Experience creating work schedules and training staff
- Ability to handle employee concerns professionally
- Ability to mentor and motivate employees
Job Duties
- Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift
- Oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained
- Provide training and create work schedules
- Evaluate the performance of workers
- Reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards
- Prepare production or sales reports for management
- Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests
- Mentor, develop employees and encourage goal setting
- Perform other duties as assigned
