This job posting is for a full-time Shift Supervisor (Barista) role based at their Snapchat location at 3040 Ocean Park, Santa Monica, CA 90405. The position requires two or more years of barista supervisory experience and offers a pay range of $23.00 to $25.00 per hour. As a Shift Supervisor, the individual will be responsible for managing the associates’ performance by providing training, creating work schedules, and evaluating employee efficiency and quality of work. Additionally, the supervisor will prepare production and sales reports for management, ensuring product quality, safety, and productivity targets are achieved. Job Requirements
