As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will play a pivotal role in leading your coffeehouse team to deliver outstanding service and craft each beverage with care and expertise. This position is integral to maintaining the store's operational excellence and creating a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for the community. A Shift Supervisor's responsibilities include coaching and developing partners, ensuring quality standards, managing daily store activities, and stepping in to provide hands-on customer service. Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months of relevant customer service experience
- At least six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees

Job Duties
- Lead shifts and direct the work of team members

- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Support inventory management and assist with administrative responsibilities
