Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and safety
  • Have at least six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Have at least six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating the work of two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience delegating or coordinating tasks among team members
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of retail or food service operations
  • Demonstrated leadership potential or previous supervisory experience

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate the team during shifts to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Manage daily store operations including cash handling, inventory control, and store safety
  • Coach partners on beverage preparation and customer engagement standards
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate efforts of team members to optimize efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive store experience
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of new team members
