With its extensive network of stores, Starbucks is dedicated not only to delivering exceptional coffee beverages and food but also to creating a positive environment where customers feel valued and connected. Starbucks values its partners (employees) deeply and is committed to their growth journey by providing industry-leading benefits and developmental opportunities, empowering them to thrive both personally and professionally.

The role of Shift Supervisor at Starbucks is essential in leading daily store operations with a fusion of craft and heart. Flexibility is key in this position, as shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays, offering a dynamic work schedule that adapts to the needs of the store.

This leadership position demands a blend of interpersonal skills, team management capabilities, and a passion for coffee and customer service. The Shift Supervisor will play an active role in implementing store policies and ensuring safety and security are upheld. Starbucks invests in its partners with comprehensive health benefits that include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options, along with short-term and long-term disability coverage. The company champions work-life balance through paid parental leave, vacation accruals, sick time, and additional holiday pay. Financial wellness is supported through 401(k) retirement plans with employer matching, stock purchase programs, emergency savings incentives, and educational opportunities, including full tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree through a partnership with Arizona State University via the Starbucks College Achievement Plan.

This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, customer-centric environments and are passionate about leading teams and delivering top-tier service. Starbucks is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, offering reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities to ensure a supportive hiring process.
