Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Adhere to store operating policies including cash handling, product quality, safety, and security
  • Six months of customer-facing experience
  • Prepare and coach food and beverage preparations per standard or customized recipes
  • Experience coordinating or delegating tasks among employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating duties of two or more employees
  • Ability to direct the work of others effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of retail environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team
  • Ability to build relationships

Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service
  • Coach and prepare team members in beverage and food preparation to meet quality standards
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members efficiently
  • Maintain store safety, security, and loss prevention protocols
  • Provide quality beverages and food products consistently according to store policies
  • Manage cash handling and register operations accurately
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for partners and customers
