Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation cash handling and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customer customizations including recipe changes
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks to and coordinating the work of two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service roles interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Ability to delegate tasks and coordinate multiple employees
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of retail or food service environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic work situations
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships within a team setting

Job Duties

  • Lead a team to deliver excellent customer service and quality beverages and food products
  • Manage store operations including safety, cash handling, and compliance with company policies
  • Coach and prepare team members on beverage and food preparation following standard recipes or customer customizations
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of other employees to ensure efficient store functioning
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
