Starbucks offers a competitive benefits package that supports the health, well-being, and educational advancement of its partners and their families. Benefits include access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, paid parental leave, paid vacation and sick time, disability coverage, and holiday pay. Additionally, partners are eligible for a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, stock purchase programs, emergency savings incentives, and numerous financial well-being tools. Starbucks also strongly supports educational pursuits, offering 100% tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University’s online program via the Starbucks College Achievement Plan, as well as resources for student loan management and further educational opportunities.

Furthermore, Starbucks is committed to compliance with all applicable state and local laws regarding employee leave benefits and provides accommodations for employees with disabilities to ensure a supportive and inclusive work environment.
