The role of the Shift Supervisor at CVS Health plays a crucial leadership part within the CVS/pharmacy setting, supporting store management and ensuring seamless daily operations. This full-time position, offering a pay range of $23.30 to $32.30 per hour, involves supervising store crews especially during shifts when no manager or Operations Supervisor is present. The Shift Supervisor drives store execution and performance, focusing heavily on delivering excellent customer service to foster consumer loyalty. Key responsibilities include leading and motivating team members to meet operational goals, handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, and ensuring that the store maintains a positive shopping atmosphere while adhering to company policies.   • Work effectively with store management and store crews
  • supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities
  • effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews
  • assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
  • promote CVS customer service culture including greeting, offering help, and thanking customers
  • handle all customer relations issues according to company policy and promote a positive shopping experience
