Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Comply with store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Have six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Prepare and coach others in food and beverage preparation according to standard or customized recipes
- Have at least six months experience delegating and coordinating tasks of two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- At least six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for other employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
Job Duties
