As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will play a pivotal role in leading your coffeehouse team to deliver exceptional service and quality beverages that brighten each customer’s day. Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages food products cash handling and store safety with or without accommodations
- six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- six months experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
