The Shift Supervisor position at Braum's is a pivotal management role that blends leadership, customer service, and operational oversight to ensure successful daily store operations. This full-time role typically works from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm on a rotating 3-week schedule averaging 45 hours per week. The position reports directly to the Assistant Manager and offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $14.50 to $15.00, equating to an annual salary between $35,500 and $37,000. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing inventory and supply levels, monitoring kitchen equipment and safety protocols, and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with company standards.
