Starbucks cultivates an inclusive culture where partners (employees) are empowered, supported, and given opportunities to grow in their careers. The company offers competitive benefits and invests in its people’s development to build long-term success and satisfaction.

As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will play a vital role in leading your coffeehouse with both craft and heart, ensuring every customer experience is memorable and welcoming. This position demands a leader who can inspire their team to deliver exceptional quality beverages and food, maintain store safety and security, and provide outstanding customer service. You will coach and prepare your partners to meet Starbucks' high standards, promote teamwork, and create an environment where every shift brightens someone’s day.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and seeks more than just a job but a career with ongoing development and meaningful engagement. Starbucks values leaders who lead by example, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and the ability to solve problems quickly while fostering a culture of respect and inclusion. The opportunity also includes participation in extensive benefits such as medical and dental insurance, paid parental leave, tuition coverage, retirement plans, and more.

The employment type is typically full-time or part-time, with a flexible schedule that can include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays. Compensation varies by location and is based on experience and skills, with new partners generally hired at the entry point in the range for the role. Starbucks is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable laws regarding employment and accommodations for disabilities. This role represents a meaningful step in a partner’s journey within Starbucks, combining leadership responsibility with the company’s mission to craft each coffee experience with care and connection.
