Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety protocols
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
- Six months of experience interacting and fulfilling customer requests
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks among employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience in customer service or a related role
- At least six months experience coordinating or delegating tasks among two or more employees
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of retail environment and customer service principles
- Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team
- Quick learning ability and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Lead daily shift operations and ensure adherence to store policies and standards
- Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance performance and customer service
- Manage cash handling and maintain store safety and security protocols
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of food and beverages to meet quality standards
- Delegate tasks effectively among team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
