The role of a shift supervisor at Starbucks is integral to the success and smooth operation of each coffeehouse. Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards regarding quality, cash handling, and safety
  • Have six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
  • Have six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees

  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
