In addition to the hands-on leadership and operational responsibilities, Starbucks invests heavily in partner growth and development. The company provides industry-leading benefits, including access to comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid parental leave, vacation time, and financial well-being resources. Starbucks also offers fully covered tuition through an online degree program, retirement savings plans with employer match, paid holidays, and emergency savings options. This role provides a unique opportunity to work for a company that prioritizes employee well-being, career advancement, and community impact.
This position requires availability for flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and night shifts to meet the dynamic needs of the business and customers.
