As a shift supervisor, you will be responsible for leading your coffeehouse team with both craft and heart. Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
  • six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • six months of experience delegating and coordinating tasks of two or more employees
