Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies including quality standards and cash handling
- Have six months of experience in customer interaction roles
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Have six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks
- Ability to direct the work of others
