The Shift Supervisor is responsible for being highly responsive and empathetic to guest needs, actively driving innovation on the floor, and cultivating a collaborative team environment among all staff members. Those in this position are expected to have a deep understanding of Main Event's operations and brand ethos and readily step in to support various departments wherever necessary. This multifaceted role requires an individual who is solution-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting. The Shift Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the center to uphold facility standards, as well as fostering a culture of high performance by setting a positive example and holding team members accountable.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a genuine interest in pursuing a management career within Main Event.
