The role of a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks is designed for individuals who are passionate about leadership, customer service, and operational excellence. Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • six months of experience interacting with customers
  • six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for multiple employees

Job Qualifications

  • six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees
  • ability to direct the work of others

Job Duties

  • lead the store team during shifts
  • prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customer preferences
  • ensure compliance with store operating policies, including cash handling and safety procedures
  • delegate tasks and coordinate activities of team members
  • maintain high standards of customer service and store environment
  • contribute to the development and training of staff
  • handle customer requests and resolve issues effectively
