As a shift supervisor at Starbucks, you will be at the heart of orchestrating an excellent customer experience. The shift supervisor is responsible for a variety of leadership and operational duties, acting as a role model for team members while ensuring the smooth operation of the store during their shifts. You will coach and support your colleagues to deliver high-quality beverages and food products that meet Starbucks standards, all while managing store safety, cash handling, and opening or closing procedures when required.

With at least six months of customer service experience and leadership experience coordinating tasks for a small team, you will be fully equipped to handle the dynamic pace of a busy Starbucks store and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service.
