Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- Six months experience in customer service roles
- Experience coordinating tasks for two or more employees
- Ability to prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Ability to work with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- At least six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Minimum six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of the retail environment
Job Duties
- Lead and direct the work of other employees during shifts
- Coach and support team members in the preparation of food and beverages
- Ensure quality beverage and food standards are met
- Manage cash handling and store safety procedures
- Maintain store operating policies and standards
- Provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate tasks among two or more employees
