Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality product preparation, cash handling, safety and security
- prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
- have at least six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- have at least six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating the work of two or more employees
