Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to learn and apply Wendy's standard operating procedures
  • Ability to complete recommended corporate training programs
  • Must comply with Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Completion of crew positional training program preferred
  • Successful completion of Wendy's Management Institute training preferred
  • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Provide functional guidance to crew members including delegation of assignments
  • Instruct and follow through on team tasks to ensure smooth operation
  • Enforce compliance with company standards and food safety regulations
  • Complete required corporate training programs including Wendy's Management Institute and ServSafe certification
  • Support the management team in maintaining operational excellence
  • Monitor crew performance and provide feedback
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment
