Job Requirements

- Ability to learn and apply Wendy's standard operating procedures
- Ability to complete recommended corporate training programs
- Must comply with Human Resources policies and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications

- Completion of crew positional training program preferred
- Successful completion of Wendy's Management Institute training preferred
- ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide functional guidance to crew members including delegation of assignments
- Instruct and follow through on team tasks to ensure smooth operation
- Enforce compliance with company standards and food safety regulations
- Complete required corporate training programs including Wendy's Management Institute and ServSafe certification
- Support the management team in maintaining operational excellence
- Monitor crew performance and provide feedback
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
