Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality control, cash handling and safety
  • Six months experience in a customer-facing role
  • Six months experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Ability to prepare and coach team in standard and customized food and beverage preparation

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience interacting with customers in a service role
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks among employees
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of retail environment and operations
  • Ability to lead and direct team efforts
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Lead daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Coach and prepare team members in beverage and food preparation according to standard and customized recipes
  • Maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate the work of team members during shifts
  • Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere
  • Manage store operating policies and quality standards
  • Resolve customer issues and support partners to deliver consistent service quality
