Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
  • six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
