The role of Shift Supervisor at Braum's offers an exciting career opportunity for individuals who are energetic, positive, and eager to take on a leadership position within a dynamic food service environment. This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive pay rate ranging from $14.50 to $15.00 per hour, equating to an annual compensation between $35,500 and $37,000. The role requires working on a rotating three-week schedule with approximately 45 hours per week, primarily covering the early day shift from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be entrusted with executing Braum's brand strategy by promoting the company’s vision, mission, and core values to ensure an exceptional customer experience while maximizing sales. This position is critical for overseeing daily shift operations in the food service function, including managing the grocery market and fountain sales. You will be a key leader responsible for coaching, training, and developing the store crew members to foster a motivated and effective team. Ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, safety, and inventory management are all part of the supervisory challenges.

The Shift Supervisor plays an integral role in implementing and maintaining the store’s policies and procedures, complying with company standards to create a safe, efficient, and friendly environment for both customers and employees. This position reports directly to the Assistant Manager and demands strong communication skills, a positive leadership approach, and a commitment to follow-through and discipline.

Job Duties

  • Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members

  • Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
  • Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
