Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Six months experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- At least six months experience in delegating tasks and coordinating team members
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and build relationships
Job Duties

- Handle cash operations and ensure store safety and security
