The role of a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks is both dynamic and rewarding, designed for individuals who want to lead with craft and heart. Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • Six months experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • At least six months experience in delegating tasks and coordinating team members
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and build relationships

Job Duties

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

  • Provide quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customized customer requests
  • Handle cash operations and ensure store safety and security
