Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and safety
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Prepare and coach food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks for two or more employees

- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks among employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Knowledge of the retail or food service environment
- Ability to build customer and team relationships
Job Duties
- Lead the coffeehouse team during shifts to maintain operational excellence
- Oversee the preparation and coaching of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Ensure adherence to store policies including safety, cash handling, and quality standards
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of two or more employees
- Provide excellent customer service and foster a welcoming environment
- Support team development through coaching and performance feedback
- Manage flexible work schedules and adapt to varied shift times
