As a shift supervisor, you are supported by an array of industry-leading benefits such as comprehensive healthcare coverage, paid parental leave, tuition assistance, retirement plans, and various financial well-being tools. The company promotes a culture of continuous learning and development through coaching and mentoring, preparing you for future leadership opportunities within the organization.

This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a collaborative setting, enjoy problem-solving, and have a passion for coffee craftsmanship. Starbucks values diversity and inclusion, ensuring that all partners are respected and appreciated for their unique contributions. The company’s commitment to equal employment opportunity, reasonable accommodations, and legal compliance creates a fair and supportive workplace for all employees. If you are eager to lead a community-focused coffeehouse team while advancing your career with a globally recognized brand, this role offers a rewarding and enriching path to do so.
