Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to satisfactorily complete corporate training programs
- Capability to apply standard operating procedures and human resources policies
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
Job Qualifications

- Completion of recommended corporate training programs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in a customer service or food service environment preferred
- ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred
Job Duties
- Provide functional guidance to crew members including assignment delegation instruction and follow-through
- Ensure adherence to Wendy’s standard operating procedures and human resources policies
- Complete corporate training programs including crew positional training Management Institute and ServSafe Food Safety Certification
- Support operational efficiency through cost control and inventory management
- Promote a positive work environment and maintain high standards of customer service
- Oversee food safety and quality control practices
- Assist with staff scheduling and shift management
