Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to satisfactorily complete corporate training programs
  • Capability to apply standard operating procedures and human resources policies
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to learn and apply standard operating procedures and human resources policies
  • Completion of recommended corporate training programs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in a customer service or food service environment preferred
  • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide functional guidance to crew members including assignment delegation instruction and follow-through
  • Ensure adherence to Wendy’s standard operating procedures and human resources policies
  • Complete corporate training programs including crew positional training Management Institute and ServSafe Food Safety Certification
  • Support operational efficiency through cost control and inventory management
  • Promote a positive work environment and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Oversee food safety and quality control practices
  • Assist with staff scheduling and shift management
