Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have at least 6 months of restaurant, retail, customer service focused, or equivalent experience
- Be able to multi-task while maintaining composure
- Give and take direction effectively
- Work well in a team environment
- Have a strong service focus
- Have or be willing to obtain ServSafe certification by end of training

- Minimum 6 months experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure

Job Duties
- Provide daily leadership and mentorship to team members to ensure operational goals are met
- Manage restaurant operations in designated shift manager role - open and close, back of house, or guest experience
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality and service standards
- Train and develop team members through the Wendy's Shift Manager development program
- Oversee multi-tasking responsibilities while maintaining composure and teamwork
- Enforce compliance with food safety standards including obtaining ServSafe certification
- Support a positive and fun work environment promoting employee engagement
