Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- meet store policies and standards including quality, cash handling and safety
- six months experience in customer-facing roles

- six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating employees

Job Duties
- Lead the team to provide excellent customer service
- delegate tasks and coordinate activities among employees
- ensure adherence to store operating policies and standards
- prepare and coach staff on food and beverage preparation according to recipes
- manage cash handling and store safety procedures
- maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members
