Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality food and beverage preparation, cash handling, and safety
  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
  • Experience delegating tasks or coordinating at least two employees

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • At least six months experience in delegating tasks or coordinating team members
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Quick learner with ability to adapt to changing situations

Job Duties

  • Lead the shift team to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customized customer requests
  • Delegate tasks efficiently among team members and coordinate daily store operations
  • Maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
  • Ensure consistent quality in beverage and food production
  • Foster a warm and welcoming environment for customers and partners
  • Communicate effectively with partners and customers to build strong relationships
