Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality food and beverage preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
- Experience delegating tasks or coordinating at least two employees
Job Qualifications
- Minimum six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- At least six months experience in delegating tasks or coordinating team members
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Quick learner with ability to adapt to changing situations
Job Duties
- Lead the shift team to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customized customer requests
- Delegate tasks efficiently among team members and coordinate daily store operations
- Maintain store safety, security, and cash handling procedures
- Ensure consistent quality in beverage and food production
- Foster a warm and welcoming environment for customers and partners
- Communicate effectively with partners and customers to build strong relationships
