Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products cash handling and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • six months of experience coordinating the tasks of two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • six months of experience interacting with customers in a service role
  • six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating a team
  • ability to direct the work of others
  • effective oral communication skills
  • strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • knowledge of the retail environment
  • ability to learn quickly

Job Duties

  • lead and supervise daily store operations during assigned shifts
  • coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • ensure adherence to store operating policies and standards including quality of beverages and food products
  • manage cash handling and maintain store safety and security
  • handle customer interactions and resolve issues to provide excellent service
  • delegate and coordinate tasks among team members effectively
  • monitor inventory and support store cleanliness and organization
