This particular role is for a Shift Supervisor within one of Starbucks' vibrant coffeehouses. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be entrusted to lead with both craft and heart, ensuring your location serves not only high-quality beverages and food but also creates a welcoming environment that feels like a community hub. Your daily mission will be to inspire and manage a team that is passionate about customer experiences and operational excellence. From coaching baristas on beverage preparation to maintaining safety and security standards, you play a vital role in the store's smooth operations. Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- Have six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Prepare and coach food and beverage according to recipes or customer customizations
- Have at least six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating employees

- Ability to direct the work of others
