In this instance, the restaurant in Billings is independently owned and operated by a KFC franchisee, meaning all hiring decisions and employment matters are managed directly by the franchisee. This ensures a close-knit management approach rooted in local operational needs and community engagement. KFC franchisees uphold the brand's dedication to fast, quality service and standardized food preparation while creating a friendly and welcoming environment for guests.
