Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • 1 year of restaurant or retail experience
  • 3 months of shift lead experience preferred
  • Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Physical dexterity required, ability to move up to 50 lbs from one area to another
  • Attendance and punctuality a must
  • Ability to operate cash register and make change as needed
  • Basic math skills
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and adhere to health and safety standards
  • Promote and champion KFC's culture and values
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Execute shift duties accurately and efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year restaurant or retail experience
  • 3 months shift lead experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing KFC Connect Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs
  • Oversee team members' completion of shift tasks and maintain clean, neat appearances
  • Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly, maintaining positive customer relations
  • Provide regular feedback to the RGM on team member performance
  • Offer ongoing constructive and positive feedback to team members
  • Actively participate in training team members
  • Handle conflicts constructively and work with the RGM to achieve resolution
  • Assist the RGM in screening team member candidates
  • Assist with profit and loss management by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory and managing labor
  • Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times
  • Assist the RGM with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are always followed
