Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including openings, closings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Demonstrated business maturity and ability to supervise peers effectively
  • Record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
  • Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Basic business math and accounting skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Basic personal computer literacy

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts
  • Supervise and motivate peers and team members
  • Maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, and food quality
  • Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve guest issues effectively
  • Optimize restaurant profits by managing resources and operations efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with company brand equity standards
  • Assist with training and development of team members
