Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- ability to lift 25 to 85 pounds
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to maintain safety around hot equipment
- hearing in normal range
- punctual and flexible with work schedule
- ability to maintain confidentiality of company operations
- enthusiasm and positive attitude
- ability to work in confined spaces with others
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or retail leadership preferred
- strong communication and motivational skills
- proven ability to lead and mentor a team

Job Duties
- have direct ownership of the results of your team and impact the guest experience and restaurant success
- support the Restaurant General Manager in building and developing the team, operations metrics, and profitability
- effectively communicate goals, promotions, business updates
- provide a top-notch guest experience including friendly interactions, clean restaurant, and hot fresh meals
