Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
  • ability to lift 25 to 85 pounds
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to maintain safety around hot equipment
  • hearing in normal range
  • punctual and flexible with work schedule
  • ability to maintain confidentiality of company operations
  • enthusiasm and positive attitude
  • ability to work in confined spaces with others

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food service or retail leadership preferred
  • strong communication and motivational skills
  • proven ability to lead and mentor a team
  • goal-oriented with a focus on accountability
  • ability to provide excellent customer service
  • flexibility to work varied shifts
  • ability to handle cash and perform counting tasks
  • basic reading and manual dexterity skills

Job Duties

  • have direct ownership of the results of your team and impact the guest experience and restaurant success
  • support the Restaurant General Manager in building and developing the team, operations metrics, and profitability
  • effectively communicate goals, promotions, business updates
  • provide a top-notch guest experience including friendly interactions, clean restaurant, and hot fresh meals
  • lead a positive and collaborative family environment
