Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and motivate team members
- Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work various shifts including weekends
- Willingness to complete ServSafe certification
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role with 6+ months of supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills including multitasking, team motivation, and resolving customer concerns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and travel to different locations as needed
- Willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Job Duties
- Train and support your team by reinforcing food safety practices, coach crew members, and inspire a positive workplace
- Oversee daily operations including setting up registers, preparing for busy shifts, and ensuring the restaurant is ready to open or close
- Deliver excellence by working closely with restaurant management to meet quality, safety, and service standards
- Lead by example through supervising, coordinating, and delegating tasks while creating a supportive and efficient environment
- Solve problems by addressing customer feedback and operational challenges with professionalism and care
- Oversee opening and closing duties ensuring timely starts and smooth finishes
- Foster a productive and positive work environment
