Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and motivate team members
  • Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Availability to work various shifts including weekends
  • Willingness to complete ServSafe certification
  • Reliable transportation to and from work

  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and travel to different locations as needed
  • Willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training
  • Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Duties

  • Train and support your team by reinforcing food safety practices, coach crew members, and inspire a positive workplace
  • Oversee daily operations including setting up registers, preparing for busy shifts, and ensuring the restaurant is ready to open or close
