Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a food service or retail supervisory capacity
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Ability to work a rotating 3 week schedule with approximately 45 hours per week
  • Capable of following store policies and procedures
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members
  • Must pass a criminal background check and job-fit assessment as part of the onboarding process

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
