Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a food service or retail supervisory capacity
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work a rotating 3 week schedule with approximately 45 hours per week
- Capable of following store policies and procedures
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Must pass a criminal background check and job-fit assessment as part of the onboarding process
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a supervisory or related role
- Ability to build a successful team by fostering an environment of trust
- Strong customer focus and positive work ethic
- Effective communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to follow procedures
- Retail experience
Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
- Communicate effectively with leadership team members
- Initiate action and achieve goals
