Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Strong communication skills
Physical ability to lift 25-85 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods
Hearing in normal range due to auditory alarms
Capable of reading and understanding menus and training materials
Able to maintain confidentiality of company information
Cash handling skills
Manual dexterity in packing and cleaning
Ability to work in confined spaces
Must be punctual and reliable
Enthusiasm and positive attitude
Ability to comply with company safety standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and mentor team members
Goal-oriented with a desire to learn and grow in management
Able to handle cash and perform basic counting
Comfortable with physical demands such as lifting and standing
Ability to follow safety procedures around high-temperature equipment

Job Duties

Have direct ownership of team results and guest experience impact
Support Restaurant General Manager in achieving team development, operations metrics, and profitability goals
Communicate goals, promotions, and business updates effectively
Provide friendly guest interactions, maintain clean restaurant, and ensure hot and fresh meals
Lead a positive and collaborative team environment
