Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to lift 25-85 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Hearing in normal range due to auditory alarms
- Capable of reading and understanding menus and training materials
- Able to maintain confidentiality of company information
- Cash handling skills
- Manual dexterity in packing and cleaning
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Enthusiasm and positive attitude
- Ability to comply with company safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Goal-oriented with a desire to learn and grow in management
- Able to handle cash and perform basic counting
- Comfortable with physical demands such as lifting and standing
- Ability to follow safety procedures around high-temperature equipment
Job Duties
- Have direct ownership of team results and guest experience impact
- Support Restaurant General Manager in achieving team development, operations metrics, and profitability goals
- Communicate goals, promotions, and business updates effectively
- Provide friendly guest interactions, maintain clean restaurant, and ensure hot and fresh meals
- Lead a positive and collaborative team environment
