Job Duties
- have direct ownership of team results and impact guest experience and restaurant success
- support restaurant general manager in team building, operations metrics and profitability
- communicate goals, promotions and business updates effectively
- provide a top-notch guest experience including friendly interactions, clean restaurant and fresh meals
- lead a positive and collaborative family environment
- maintain safety around high-temperature equipment and boiling water
- handle cash management and counting as required
