Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a shift supervisor or in a related role
- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership team members
- Ability to follow practices and procedures
- Demonstrated work ethic with high standards for integrity
- Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or food service supervision
- Ability to build and motivate a successful team
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Positive approach to training and developing team members
- Organized and detail-oriented work habits
Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
