Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Six months of experience in customer interaction roles
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks among two or more employees

  • At least six months of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience delegating or coordinating tasks among two or more employees
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Ability to learn quickly

Job Duties

  • Lead shift operations to ensure a welcoming environment for customers
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate activities among team members
  • Prepare and coach team in making quality beverages and food according to standard recipes or customer specifications
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and enforce store safety and security policies
  • Foster positive customer interactions and resolve issues effectively
  • Maintain compliance with store policies and operating standards
  • Support team development and promote a collaborative work environment
