Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months of experience in customer interaction roles
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks among two or more employees

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of the retail environment

Job Duties
- Lead shift operations to ensure a welcoming environment for customers
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities among team members
- Prepare and coach team in making quality beverages and food according to standard recipes or customer specifications
- Handle cash transactions accurately and enforce store safety and security policies
- Foster positive customer interactions and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain compliance with store policies and operating standards
- Support team development and promote a collaborative work environment
