Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- one or more years’ restaurant experience
- open or flexible work availability
- demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team
- excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25 - 50 pounds)
- ability to use headset and general restaurant equipment
- ability to work promptly and regularly
- ability to perform multiple tasks within established timeframes
- ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
- ability to learn and apply policies and procedures
- ability to adapt to change productively
- ability to complete training programs
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, heat, and cold
