Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • one or more years’ restaurant experience
  • open or flexible work availability
  • demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team
  • excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25 - 50 pounds)
  • ability to use headset and general restaurant equipment
  • ability to work promptly and regularly
  • ability to perform multiple tasks within established timeframes
  • ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
  • ability to learn and apply policies and procedures
  • ability to adapt to change productively
  • ability to complete training programs
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, heat, and cold

Job Qualifications
