Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or fast-food management preferred
- Ability to stand and move for majority of shifts
- Capacity to operate restaurant equipment including register and grill
- Flexibility in work availability
- Reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally
- Commitment to following brand standards and procedures

- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and motivate team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts

Job Duties
- Supervise and lead restaurant team during shifts
- Manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth restaurant functioning
- Uphold and enforce food safety standards and operational procedures
- Provide training and mentorship to team members
- Handle customer service issues and ensure a positive dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment
- Utilize restaurant equipment such as register, headset, and grill effectively
