As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for coaching and leading your team to success, ensuring that every customer enjoys a great experience through quality food and outstanding service. This role requires overseeing the store’s food service operations, including grocery market and fountain sales, while actively participating in monitoring inventory, kitchen equipment, safety standards, and cleanliness. You will also ensure compliance with store policies and practices to maintain a smooth and efficient operation. The position offers a rotating schedule with expected hours amounting to approximately 45 hours per week, with shifts from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm. Hourly compensation ranges from $14.50 to $15.00, equating to an annual salary between $35,500 and $37,000.
