Job Requirements

- minimum 1 year experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service role
- supervisory experience preferred
- strong leadership skills
- ability to multitask and motivate team members
- professional customer service skills
- physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs
- flexible availability including weekends
- willingness to obtain ServSafe certification
- reliable transportation

- willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training

Job Duties
- Train and support your team
- oversee daily operations such as setting up registers and preparing for shifts
- deliver excellence by meeting quality, safety, and service standards
- lead by example through supervising and coordinating tasks
- solve problems including addressing customer feedback professionally
- oversee opening and closing duties for smooth shift transitions
- maintain cleanliness, food safety, and prep standards while mentoring crew members
