Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and motivate team members
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and travel if necessary
- Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification
- Reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role
- Preferably 6+ months of supervisory experience
- Ability to multitask and motivate your team
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Job Duties
- Train and support your team by reinforcing food safety practices, coach crew members, and inspire a positive workplace
- Oversee daily operations including setting up registers, preparing for busy shifts, and ensuring the restaurant is ready to open or close
- Deliver excellence by working closely with restaurant management to meet quality, safety, and service standards
- Lead by example by supervising, coordinating, and delegating tasks while creating a supportive, efficient environment
- Solve problems by addressing customer feedback and operational challenges with professionalism and care
- Oversee opening and closing duties as Open/Close Shift Supervisor to ensure timely starts and smooth finishes
- Lead kitchen operations as Kitchen Shift Supervisor to ensure top-notch quality and food safety while mentoring team members
